Accuracy, currency, and "as of" dates

I strive for accuracy and I source every statistic to a public dataset. Even so, data can contain errors, and the rules governing college sports are actively evolving — some are litigated or unsettled as I publish. Where a topic depends on current rules (for example, revenue sharing or transfer windows), I date-stamp the article ("rules as of …") and say plainly when something is uncertain. Always verify time-sensitive details against an official source.

No betting advice

I do not provide betting advice, picks, plays, or predictions intended for wagering, and this site has no sportsbook affiliation, sponsorship, or affiliate links. Some articles — and one of the calculators — do work with point spreads, moneylines, and implied win probabilities: converting a spread into a probability is a standard piece of sports statistics, and measuring a betting-market talking point is a legitimate thing to write about.
